According to the Voronezh Hydro-meteorological Center, the region now has a yellow level of weather hazard. Forecasters warn citizens about strong winds with gusts up to 22 m/s and rain. Due to the fog, there is limited visibility at the Voronezh airport, more than ten arrival and departure flights are delayed due to the bad weather.
