Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, by his decree, introduced a temporary lockdown on the territory of the capital during non-working days from October 28 to November 7. During this period, only pharmacies and stores with essential goods will work in the capital.
Cinemas, zoos, solariums, saunas, gyms, shopping centers and hairdressers will be closed.
Pharmacies and shops with essential goods will continue to operate.
Dental offices stop working, except in cases of emergency assistance.
The restaurants in the capital will be open to take away.
Muscovites will be able to walk freely in parks and streets, the QR code system will not be renewed.
Also in Moscow, social cards of unvaccinated people aged 60+ will be blocked. They will be able to unlock them after vaccination.
