The Urrugne carnival was recovered and carried out by young people from a Basque-Spanish collective French, who gather in a parade to wake the mother earth and to welcome spring. The parade includes: joaldunak (lords of the cowbells), rams, bear, dancers, katalin gorri (lords of red hat), txatos (people dressed up in colorful clothes and hats), who make the carnival presentations in the most festive air.
