On the afternoon of 14th June, thousands of people take to the streets for the Equality Parade, in Warsaw, the highlight of the Polish capital's Pride celebrations. In the shadow of the recent presidential election day win of the right-wing Law and Justice Party's candidate Karol Nawrocki, LGBTQIA+ people, friends, family, and supporters advocating for broader social inclusion for their community march through the city center. As in recent years, the parade is colorful, loud, and joyful.
