Every year since 1994, Macy’s holds The Macy's Balloon Inflation Celebration on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Held on the Upper West Side, alongside the Museum of Natural History the public is invited to view the inflation of the massive ballons that will be included in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
This year there are 22 balloons including 6 new characters.
