PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) activists dressed as clowns and wearing masks of former UK prime ministers Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Tony Blair, Boris Johnson, Rishi Sunak, Liz Truss and Theresa May stage a protest outside Downing Street, calling on current prime minister Keir Starmer to stop "clowning around” and end animal experiments.
