In response to the pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan, masks rationing in Taiwan became the number one concern for the government. Taiwanese are only allowed to buy 2 pieces per person within 7 days at pharmacies contracted by the national health insurance (NHI) system. (200 adults and 50 kids pieces per pharmacy every day.)
