The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela performed simulation in the gas stations of the state oil company, PDVSA (Petroleos de Venezuela), where the employees will use a device to control the sale and consumption of gasoline.
Users must use an identity card issued by the government of President Nicolas Maduro known as "Carnet de la Patria" to get the national price. Those who do not have the card or decide not to have it for personal reason, must pay for the fuel at an international price. For now, the national government has not yet announced the price of gasoline.
